Biography
Sirinuch Ketkun is an Associate Lawyer at Haris & Associates with a primary focus on criminal defence and litigation. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Thammasat University, one of Thailand’s most prestigious law schools, and subsequently obtained the qualification of Barrister-at-Law from the Thai Bar under the Royal Patronage. She is also a licensed attorney admitted by the Lawyers Council of Thailand under the Royal Patronage.
Prior to joining Haris & Associates, Ms. Ketkun gained substantial litigation experience with Wasu Law Office, where she represented and assisted clients in a broad range of criminal and civil matters. Her criminal law practice has involved cases relating to theft, fraud, driving under the influence (DUI), traffic-related offences, cheque offences, prisoner-related applications, and petitions for the return of seized property.
Ms. Ketkun has extensive experience working closely with police investigators, public prosecutors, correctional authorities, and courts throughout every stage of criminal proceedings. Her practical understanding of criminal procedure and courtroom advocacy enables her to provide strategic guidance and effective representation to clients facing criminal investigations and prosecution.
In addition to her criminal law practice, she has represented clients in civil litigation involving real estate transactions, contract disputes, asset recovery, partnership dissolution, tort claims, and civil actions arising from criminal conduct.
