Biography
Haris Boonsop is a Thai attorney and Managing Partner with extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on real estate transactions, corporate and commercial matters, litigation, and foreign investment in Thailand.
He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Ramkhamhaeng University, one of Thailand’s leading public law schools, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Chulalongkorn University. In addition to his legal qualifications, he earned a degree in Physics from King Mongkut’s University of Technology, providing him with a unique analytical background that complements his legal practice, particularly in matters involving property development, business operations, and technical commercial transactions.
Beyond legal practice, he possesses substantial business experience in the tourism, hospitality, technology licensing, international trade, and real estate sectors. He has served as a director and legal advisor to various companies and investment projects, providing strategic guidance on governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and business development.
His clientele includes foreign investors, private individuals, entrepreneurs, property developers, and multinational business operators seeking legal and commercial solutions in Thailand.
