Kert Stavorn serves as Of Counsel to Haris & Associates, bringing nearly two decades of international legal and commercial experience across Australia and Southeast Asia. Admitted to legal practice in Australia, he has advised corporations, investors, developers, and entrepreneurs on complex cross-border transactions, foreign investment structures, regulatory compliance, and commercial expansion throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Mr. Stavorn possesses extensive experience in international investment, corporate structuring, and transactional advisory matters involving multiple jurisdictions. His practice focuses on assisting clients in navigating the legal, regulatory, and commercial challenges associated with foreign direct investment, market entry, and regional business expansion.
He is particularly recognised for his work within the hospitality, tourism, resort, and real estate sectors. Throughout his career, he has advised on hotel acquisitions, resort developments, mixed-use projects, investment structures, distressed asset acquisitions, and commercial property transactions involving both domestic and international stakeholders.
